Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At A3audio, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality stage audio and lighting equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item was delivered in a defective or damaged condition.
  • The item delivered was not the one ordered.
  • The item is in unused, original condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Items that show signs of wear, use, or tampering.
  • Software or digital downloads.

3. Return Timeframe

  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at return@a3audio.in or call +91 7018243003 with your order details and reason for the return.
  2. Include photos of the product and any defects, if applicable.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Returns must be sent to our store location:
    A3audio, Gurudwara Road, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India, 176215.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

  • If the item is returned late but still eligible for return.
  • If the item is missing accessories or original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Any custom duties, taxes, or fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
